See who gets contracts for rebuilding in Louisiana. Will the contracts go to out-of-state companies. Has it already gone to out-of-state companies, except for the local Shaw Groups? Why has the president discard labor and environmental laws? Will hurricane relief go into tax relief or will it be used to rebuild schools and other necessary services?

Already the local utility Entergy is not rebating customers for loss of service, they are instead requesting rate increases to make up for their loss of customers. Amazing.
