In an interview on ABC News Channel 26 from New Orleans and WBRF ABC 2, the head of the sex crimes division reported that he was at the dome for six days. He denies rampant rapes happened. He reported, I think, two assaults. The man is running his precinct from his home in Algiers on the West Bank, an area that did not flood. I wish all of you could see the report.
