Despite having little talent for creative writing, I have a longstanding obsession with an idea, and maybe writing about it is the only way to get it out of my system (or become more obsessed with it).

Here is the idea: a submissive boy (high-school age?) is unfaithful, and his Owner wants to prevent further transgressions. Fortunately, the Owner has a brother in medical school (hey, I told you my talents for original creative writing are limited!). The brother fixes the boy so he can never get another hard-on.

To avoid trouble in the locker room, at physical exams, etc., there should be no visible evidence that the procedure has been done.

It would be nice if the operation were relatively simple: it is unlikely that a medical student will have facilities to do micro-surgery. It is more important that the procedure be permanent and irreversible (thus eliminating the use of medicines that cause temporary impotence).

I would mildly prefer that the penis not simply be numbed; I would like the boy to be completely sensitive, but just unable to get it up. The boy could ejaculate, either by jacking off until slime oozes out of his limpness, or by having his prostate massaged.

Actually, the more I think about it, it would be OK for the penis to be completely deadened, e.g., by cutting a nerve. Is this easy to do? Would it be enough to prevent a hard-on?

At one time I assumed that it would be easy just to cut whatever muscle constricts the blood vessels that keep blood in the penis, but I have since read that an erection occurs when muscles in the corpora (spongiosum and cavernosa) are relaxed enough for blood to rush in. If I understand this correctly, everything is chemically mediated.

Any comments from those who know more physiology than I do would be appreciated.

Cheers,

peter

You are basically asking how to make someone "surgically impotent." It's a pretty complicated procedure, as it involves cutting off multiple nerves in the "sympathetic plexus", which resides behind (posterior to) the prostate gland. There is no easy way to get to them without doing the standard low-abdomen incision, which is used for prostatectomies (prostate gland removal) and lymph node dissections, commonly done in testicular cancer. That's one of the risks of prostatectomies and lymph node dissections, that the patient will develop impotency due to disruption of the nerves in that area.

And yes, that would leave the penis sensitive and unable to get a "hard on"

spadone, thanks for your informative reply.

When you mentioned the nerve damage from a prostatectomy, I remembered Bob Dole's Viagra ads. As I recall, he got his erectile dysfunction (ED) from a prostate removal, right?

I would guess that anyone with ED can temporarily solve the program with Viagra, unless he cannot tolerate that medicine.

If a person who cannot get an erection masturbates himself, will he eventually ejaculate, or is erection necessary for ejaculation?

Is there some other set of nerves that could be cut to prevent sensation? Would that completely remove all penile sensations, or just the pleasurable kind?

What about just preventing ejaculations? A few years ago, I was taking an anti-depressant medicine (sorry, I forget which one) which had that effect. It did not prevent erections, but I could work on it for hours without even getting close to an orgasm? Would there be some surgical way to accomplish this?
