How do I advertise on the personals?

I've consistently tried to put a personal on the system but have found that I can not get into the system. Can anyone give me advice before I pick up my screen and chuck it out of the window?

I just got one to post as a test.

All I did was log in with my Board username and password.

From what I've been told, though, the personals are cranky and sometimes only work when they want to. My only advice is watch the upper/lower case sensitivity and keep trying.
