Posting to NonFiction Board

Hello, Ardent Archive Readers :

Just a reminder that submissions to the NonFiction Board are moderated, much like story submissions are. When you hit POST on a NonFiction submission, it goes into a tank for review. It does NOT immediately show up on the board!

🙄

Due to something silly in the software that drives this thing, it DOES show up linked on the main Archive homepage, though. This leads one to a dead end when you click it, until one of us finds that it's in the holding bin and lets it out.

:p

Unfortunately, there's no alarm on this tank to pop up say that there's something in there. It would be a good idea, when you submit something to NonFiction posts, to also email or PM Bboy or myself to let us know that something is in there that requires our attention. Reposting two or three times won't make it show up. I probably should have made this post sooner ... but I got distracted when I accidentally selected about a dozen members on the list in the control panel and almost zapped 'em.

:D

Greetings, dear.

Do I resemble that remark? I posted three times but each post is different. The story was too big, so I broke it up into three sections and that is why there are three posts.

And, I did e-mail Bboy to tell him about it.

Please don't hit me! :)

Love,

Kelly

Not at all, Kelly.

You can only have so much text in the slot. breaking up a long post does not count. I was meaning hitting POST 3 or 4 times on the same post and wondering why it didn't show up RIGHT NOW. No harm done in your postings.
