I'd love to see a good story about penis removal by insects, like army ants, or some long slow feeding by something that eats flesh. Would love to have story go into graphic detail. I've stuck my dick in a tube of crickets before and the sensation of having them all two dozen or so on my dick feeding on a cornmeal concoction and nipping my dick over and over with their pinchers make me think about a guy being tied up for days, even weeks with his penis in a container of some sort being devoured by some sort of insect or reptile. That sounds like a great idea. I've had that fantasy too. I seen on a movie where they tied a guy to a fence and took a calf that was feeding from it's mother. I've never tried that with crickets, but I tried it with ants when I was a teenager. Just ordinary ants though, so nothing was permanently eaten. My genitals were quite swollen for a couple of days though.

For anyone interested, here's what I'd do: scoop up some ants from an anthill in a small plastic container with a lid. Put the container in a large enough clear plastic bag. Place my genitals in the bag along with the container. Seal the bag around my genitals with some rubber bands. Open the container (which is still inside the bag). Now the ants are free to walk around my genitals and they can't go anywhere else. I may have smeared my genitals with honey before starting too, I don't remember now. Occasionally, I'd try to piss off the ants by pushing them against my skin until they bit me.
