Thanks for asking...
People without testicles...
Who want to maintain mental health...
Who need hormones in their body to feel healthy (as healthy as they can be)...
Who lived without Testosterone and know the harm of not having the hormone in their body and the destruction that occurs...
Who know that life is much better with a controlled substance coursing their veins...
Who frequent this site and love every visit...
Who want to tell their story unimpeded...
Who look forward to the sun coming up the next morning...
Who write and post replies to posts like this one...
Who lived through life with testicular cancer or a cancer scare...
And want to feel normal (as normal as normal can be)...

The stuff sucks! Keep off it! If its other unpleasant androgenic side effects were not bad enough, it will also eventually give you one or more of testicular cancer, prostate cancer, skin cancer, cancer of the penis, paranoid schizophrenia; and increase the likelihood of throat or laryngal cancer if you smoke.

Testosterone cypionate is known as Depo-testosterone. The other popular injectable is testosterone enanthate or Delatestryl. The former has a half-life of 8 days and the latter one of 10 days. The Depo is dispensed in 100mg/ml and 200mg/ml in 10ml vials and the Delatestryl in 5ml vials, same strengths. There are also a variety of transdermal forms of testosterone that provide a very even application of the hormone.
Doctors frequently prescribe testosterone for HIV patients who require the hormone to boost their energy levels in order to maintain their health and its use for that is critical. It is useful in various amounts to reduce the long term risk of osteoporosis in some males who have a medical history of malnutrition related to insufficient calcium intake. It is also indicated where there is anemia as it promotes production of red blood cells.
The last effect of testosterone is sometimes troublesome for those on testosterone therapy, as an over production of red blood cells can lead to unhealthy high CBC that increases the risk of stroke in some individuals who may have a family history of stroke due to blood clots. Doctors are now prescribing therapeutic phlebotomy or blood-letting, removing one or more units of whole blood to lower the blood cell count to reduce risk of blood clots and stroke.
Using testosterone or having your blood withdrawn are measures that only a physician is qualified to evaluate and to prescribe, and they may diagnose and prescribe despite one's personal viewpoints, and it is usually best to listen to one's primary care physician as they have your health in mind.

Calcium supplements are WAY better for osteoporosis & a monthly, or more frequent, B-12 shot is better for anemia. Both should be taken if one is on a chemical castration regimen.

Test cypionate is one of the common bodybuilding steroids. I think that as far as external steroids go it is a good one. Perhaps our testicles should come with the same sort of warnings!

I've used over a dozen different types of testosterone and cyp seems to put on more muscle than the other forms of testosterone do, though it's very bad about making you bloated.
