As frequent readers know, I have been looking to be castrated since I was young. This past weekend, on a business trip to San Jose, I visited a dominatrix for a severe CBT session. I asked her to crush my balls in a door (on the hinge side) as she leaned against the door and masturbated. It was amazing!

In any case, the next day (Sunday), I had severe testicular pain on the right side, and my testicle had swelled. The pain was truly severe -- I couldn't even walk, and I got light headed when I stood up.

Okay, after seven hours I'm home. I did NOT lose my testicle, but still have a good story to tell. I don't have time to write the full details, but I will soon.

The basic summary was that all the nurses and doctors immediately suspected testicular torsion (which is what I was hoping it was). I knew I only had about seven hours before the testicle would be unsavable, and the hospital system was fairly slow -- as each hour went by I got more excited about the prospect. I told them about the dominatrix, since it was obvious that my genitals had sustained trauma (there are several abrasions and bruises). I was in heaven as several nurses came by to ask questions and inspect my genitals! Several actually felt the testicle to see if it was swollen or if it hurt. About 5 different nurses inspected me while I waited for an ultrasound (to test if there was bloodflow to my testicles). The emergency room doctor was an asian woman who was not pretty, but still exciting as she spent a long time pressing on my testicles -- she didn't even wear gloves (which I thought was wierd). I was in heaven as every roll of my testicle in her hand sent excruciating pain (and I'm a pain slut so you know it was intense) through my balls and abdomen.

The most amazing thing was that the sonographer (who runs the ultrasound) turned out to be a young, blond woman! I totally expected a man since they usually have both on hand to handle the more delicate scans. She said that the guy couldn't come in that day so she had to do everyone. The conversation and total experience with her was AMAZING. I promise to write it all down. She actually said that she "rarely gets the pleasure of doing testicular scans". I also said (a bit of a lie) that I felt really stupid that I paid to have a dominatrix possibly cause me to lose a testicle. Her response was "Well, people do things for the excitement. Probably most guys do things like that but you just don't know." At one point she said that if there wasn't enough bloodflow they would have to remove my testicle and "I would miss out on a lot of fun." It was an amazing conversation which I will try to transcribe while it is still fresh. Anyway, she had to scan me for 45minutes! She slowly scanned both testicles (needed to compare the painful one to the painless one) and was looking for bloodflow. Then she was instructed by the doctor to do additional scanning. Then the doctor came in and she did more scanning at the doctor's direction. The whole time my genitals were exposed and she was rolling them around and pressing down on them from different angles with her ultrasound wand. It actually hurt, but I didn't let on because it was so delicious to have her torturing me without her knowing it.

One reason the scans took a while is that I have been abusing my balls for a long time, so there were several irregularities. One of the things I do is inject things (saline, cooking oil, hormones, etc.) directly into my testicles. Therefore there were several cavities within my testicles. One actually looks like Swiss cheese. The sonographer said that she has seen some before, but never so many and so big. The doctor said they are only a problem if they are growing. They also couldn't find my epididmus until they found that I have detached it from the testicle. Lastly there were multiple small hemorrages spewing bits of blood into the scrotal fluid. They (asian female doctor and blond female sonographer) were there for a long time "oohing" and "ahhing" over my testicles. It was heaven I tell you!

In the end though, there was no torsion. They felt that it was the small hemorrages causing the pain, and that it should go away over a few days. Tylenol3 and they sent me home.

Anyway, I'm still in incredible pain but also on a cloud from the day's events. The most interesting thing was that I was so peaceful when I thought I would be castrated. I definitely am ready for it. Oh well, maybe next time.

That would be heaven to me too provided my balls are 100% healthy and unaching.

My ultimate dream is that a broad-assed middle-aged female nurse(the kind you cannot say "No." to, just go with the flow)

would lay me down on my stummick in a bed shaped as to make me bend my ass for her.

Then she would order me with an asserted female voice (high-pitched that is) to not move or she "would become angry.".

order me to eat a lot of vegetables under her watch.

And after that she would put me to bed and tuck me and then she would

leave to do other patients or having a pause or whatever ("none of your business" as she would say if I dared to ask).

Yes, no castration.

After all, all you dudes, isn't it sexier when a woman has a superior attitude against male balls instead of wanting bitterly to cut them off.

And some good news about me too, I have got myself a life, nowadays I go every week and pull my pants off
