I am not sure; orginally thought it would be balls only but I will be turned over to the hjras and I guess they will decide.

Make absolutely certain that you know what you are doing and what you really want.

The Hijra are mostly male-to-female, practicing the only kind of surgery that was traditionally available. They believe that they are being reborn as women through tremendous pain (as in child birth) and lots of blood.

i might be wrong but i think when they do the castration safe and in a clean enviroment are things that go out the window.

There was a program here in the UK on BBC2 many, many years ago that showed how this group castrate their men.

The cock & balls were tightly bound with metal wire and the lot were then just "Sliced Off" the wound was then cauterised with a red hot blade.

All this whilst the guy stood up.

Goodness know how many of those guys survived.
