This is an interview with Jimmy Scott (b. 1925), the famous Jazz singer who has Kallmann's and has it's full effects as he never took HRT. Here he elaborates on his early life, career and growing up being "different".

While someone with Kallmann's isn't exactly a castrato the case is pretty close nonetheless. Both does not go through puberty. I think this interview is relevant in understanding the subject from it's own perspective. The interview is from 1992 - notice how well the voice pitch is preserved as compared to a child. Also pay attention to his remarks on growth - he finally finished growing at 40+, at a time when adults already start losing their BMD by 1% a year, and shrink in size!
