It is dangerous. Infection is possible.You certainly ought to have anti biotics at hand. Taking the balls out of the scrotum is also very dangerous. Easy to twist things. If you want to become a eunuch. it might occur quicker than you think because possibility of large infection. If you insist be careful. very careful. There will be lots of blood! And not all of it comes out. It will be absorbed into your scrotal tissues and your scrotum will look like it has been run over by a truck. Also there will be swelling. But the danger of infection is the greatest factor. If you are looking for thrills, try something else.
