Date set June 3rd
My date is finally set with Kimmel, June 3rd will be my day under his knife.
Having just castration, keeping the scrotum.
I'm really looking forward to the date, also going to visit around Philly some while I'm there, though i may not be up to walking much after the surgery, so will try to bring in as much as I can before hand.
I'm hoping for a successful surgery.

Sounds good!
I wonder what it is like to be cut at like 20!
I wonder how many ng/dl would avergae replacement be in the USA 50 states of a DR!
I wonder what can be done if you did need HRT if you would be properley treated?
FSH and LH are on a scale but your T levels could be 200 and them levels be ok for our scale since a 70 yo man goes on the same scale!
Thanks!
Please reply!

Even though incuse is young, I have a feeling that he is looking for none or very little HRT after his castration. You might want to take a look at his profile.
It's my understanding that HRT is generally trial and error as to what someone reports as feeling normal. And also ensuring that certain levels do not cause elevated red blood counts or other problems.

right on, no HRT for me. In fact, I'm on 10mg/day provera to keep the hormones at bay best I can before June 3rd.

Good luck with your surgery. You're even younger than I am (I am 25) and I hope that you have thought this through long and hard. Take it easy post-op, too. I feel pretty good but I still force myself to rest up since I am only 4 days post surgery.

BE SURE to get on Fosamax or similar right away post surgery. Otherwise you can rapidly develop osteoporosis, if you don't plan on taking HRT. I take a small dose of estrogen, but I have also started taking calcium as well just to be on the safe side.

Re: Date set June 3rd
talk to your doctor about having a bone scan soon. Fosimax is a last resort drug and used only if you already have osteoporosis the bone scan is the only way to know what condition your bones are in. I take 1500mg of calcium daily with 800 iu of vitimin D per my doctors orders and I will be having a bone scan soon myself to know what condition my bones are in. again only your doctor can determine if Fosimax or any other calcium attracting drug is needed. this is a YMMV thing so get checked out.

Good luck with him!
Hope it goes well.
He should be a good Dr for this.
Spector had a hard time at the end I heard.
Spector still does basic things though to help around with the Records and that.
I plan also to pay a visit their.
