Did I say he used alcohol? No. Does the fact that it was lactic acid he injected mean alcohol is safe? No.

If you have killed them off, remember, there is a chance dead tissue will necrotize within the body.

injecting ANYTHING into the testis is dangerous and to be harsh STUPID the least you will do is cause pain the worst you can do is cause a rupture take your pick the facts are injecting into the testis is a bad plan no matter what you inject
