Hello, i was wondering if i could use some of the vast knowledge here, so i can setup a wiki system and comment board for information about Castration, Andrews famous write up, and historical information. of course i would keep all the copyright, and writing credits intact.
right now it's not much but this is the website. trans based of course with the name
Patricia,
Your want and desire to build a system of knowledge is commendable in this day and age of people feeding off each other. In your quest to build a website of information already found on other sites does a disservice to the folks who worked tirelessly to get where they are today. Would it not be best to build something on your own and feel good about your accomplishment rather than feed off others work and effort?
Those who contribute to the E.A. do so for varied reasons. I would venture to guess the main reason they contribute here is their satisfaction with the effort taken to keep this site open for all.
I cannot stop you from your entrepreneurial spirit, but please, do not deny me from the enjoyment I and many others receive from this site by cloning it somewhere else.
Thanks and take care Patricia.

Hello Robby,
Thanks for your post,
I understand your point, and i have thought it over and i believe you are right. i will delete that post. I was merely trying to have information that is relevent to transsexuals in one place so that it would be easier for people, i do have the banners, and the donations but that's not why i created the site.
I didn't however think of it that way.. i come back to the eunuch archive because i enjoy it here, i didn't think that taking (although asking for permission) but still taking from it, that it would lose it's muster..
Thanks,
Patricia

Patricia,
I think that a TG-Wiki is a very important thing and you should get it up and running. I say this because there are so many folks out there that have questions about themselves and the procedures yet find few or adequate answers.
My suggestion if I may be so bold to offer one, would be to start by defining what specific topics the Wiki needs to address and then ask yourself, people around you, and people on the archive if they would be willing to write something specifically for the Wiki based upon the specific topics you first felt important.
By doing this you may find that Wiki definitions are far more specific to the nature of TransGenderism and that folks who contribute have topics in thier lives very worthy of being part of a Wiki definition that you may never had thought about. In this way the Wiki grows.
Myself, if given a topic to define, I would be most happy to come up with something written specifically for a Wiki.
