I was wondering if anyone could describe their experiences with estradiol/progesterone after having been castrated. I understand the body goes thru rapid changes and development.

Forgive my ignorance. I can understand why you would want to take estradiol after castration, but why would you want to take a progesterone? How far along are you in making the transition from male to female? Are you working with a professional to help over see your transition?

I was on Estradiol 3 years prior to castration. After surgery things seemed to progress a little better, but not a very great amount. It seems most of the changes I had already were apparent before surgery. I add

Progesterone, in most cases, helps with breast development along with estrogens.
I've been working with doctors and therapists for over 3 years, but as with many I started out without them.
