After being on Andrucor for 15 months, finally the real thing,an Orchiectomy,is going to be a reality.

Is there much of a change from Andrucor to the real thing, Castration?

milwtom3332

March 3rd is my Pre-op meeting with my Doctor. The Doctor is a Urologist & surgeon. He said the procedure is no problem (he does it for cancer patients regularly) but had questions why I wanted it done. The main reason for insurance is continous pain (the pain is always there) and that is covered. I explained my use of Andrucor. My regular doctor suggested that after a year and no more than 18 mos. on Andrucor a surgical solution would be adviseable in order to elimate side effects of Andrucor. I also said that on Andrucor I felt Great!

10 hours to go!! Surgery 8AM CST

I asked the doctor about getting the bone scan and it will be done within a week or so. I said I needed a benchmark on bone density. Hes said OK!

It's been a week after and I feel Great mentally and physically!

Everything is healing and soreness is basically gone.

Its now 3 weeks and I will see the doctor tommorow. So far everything looks good and the cords are a little sore inside. The cords seem to be hard and not retracted?

I feel great and no noticeable transition changes from Andrucor (15mos) to Surgery yet!

Much like you I tried out Androcur before sugery, mine was done by O-R-R on the 29Th of January.

I would say there is a differance, my dose of androcur was not that high 100mg per day I was always concerned about messing with my body to much as I was not seeing a doctor.

My experiance firstly would be a physiological one, once my balls were removed I did feel different in my mind. It was a good feeling one of relief and closure, I had battled with myself for a long time with my over active sex drive and bad temper.

Androcur showed me how my life could be, but I always felt the dose could be higher. So I approached surgery on the basis of what the worst case would be, nothing I found on the Archive or elsewhere put me off the idea.

Post surgery I did notice a further drop in my sex drive and a greater feeling of calmness, which has stayed the same. Again I wonder if some of this is also in my mind.

I am now three weeks on from the surgery, I feel that I made a complete recovery and have really started to enjoy life.

I hope your op go's well, my most important advice would be take your time to recover I don't think there is enough information around to make an informed decision.

Would like to know about your progress, I don't tend to post much only when I think I have something useful to offer. But I will posting soon about my experiance and how totally excellent O-R-R is.

Regards

Barry

I'm not absolutely sure, but if androcur didn't cause hot flashes, then that might happen.

And maybe you can stop the androcur. Did you lose body hair? you will after the Orchiectomy. Baldness stops, hair is a mixed blessing. The physical changes will start with the absence of balls and your clothes will fit different. Given time your dick will shrink. But it will take about three months to heal.

Tell us more about the ORR experience. They seem to be the only place that combines both the fetish for castration with proper medical procedure. Most of the nurses are also professional dominatrixes.

Did you go for a scene, or just straight-forward operation? What did you think about their ability? Did you feel safe?

Congratulations on your upcoming castration.

Although I take female hormones, I was in effect chemically castrated for three years prior to physical castration. I did notice some changes between the two, but most were minor ones. For me body hair dissapeared quicker now and my breasts seem to be growing at a faster rate than before.

After being on Adrocur for 15 months, you should be well prepared. You may notice some small, very minor changes yet to come.

Dear SplitDik,

Living in the UK it is very difficult getting help, Krister suggest I contact O-R-R some time ago. I went with my wife, we stayed for the weekend the whole experience was totally professional. Steve at O-R-R is very concerned about your health and well being, as well as being an excellent host.

Considering some of the other stories I have heard I am very happy with the choice I made, I don't think I could of been in better hands. Steve was also totally correct in the aftercare he recommended.

I did not go for the scene, I just wanted to lose my over active sex drive and short temper permanently.

I would recomend O-R-R to anyone, the operation was carried out in a totally sterile enviroment, I will give a full account of my experience soon.

Regards,

Barry

O.R.R. describes itself as a professional surgical fetish society and is in Antwerp, Belgium. They undertake fetish procedures, as well as just professional ones. Their genital procedures include circumcision and vasectomies, as well as orchiectomies. Similarly I think to Dr Kimmel in Philadelphia, patients can take his goodies home with them should they wish.

Several members of this board have used their services, and all seem quite satisfied with the quality of care. Their web site: www.o-r-r.com also includes their 'phone number in Antwerp.
