Males produce semen from the prostate, which produces over 95% of the fluids. Castrated males can still produce semen without the balls. Ejaculators work even when the male is flaccid, and their action has nothing to do with increasing penis size. Nice idea but not accurate.

I use the ejaculator and I'm castrated. It works fine.

Castrated males who use testosterone continue to enjoy erections.

Playing with an ejaculator is therefore a little more fun for them.
