End of an era?

Last night I stopped by Dr. Spector's web site at
http://www.felixspector.com/ and noted some major changes. I greatly fear that The Good Doctor may be retiring from the business soon. Despite some inevitable controversy, he has been a tremedous help to people like me, and one must wonder where those who want castration can find it LEGALY. Thailand, perhaps? Very sad if there were no recourse except the illegal "cutters".

The changes don't look that drastic to me. In July, Felix showed me an office in downtown Philadelphia that he was thinking of renting. It is bigger than his present office, and would be his new one. He assured me that he had no intentions of retiring any time soon.
Regarding Thailand, yes, it is fairly easy to get an orchiectomy in Thailand. Many of the SRS doctors will do it.

Have you stopped by the site? I did again, today 29 November. The hormone page is gone, the directions page is gone, the page about the staff is gone, and little remains of the home page.
I especially note that his section on "click here to read stories of patients who have had castration" is gone, since I was story #5.
As for orchiectomies in Thailand, I am glad they are available for those who can afford it. Perhaps some future members of The Eunuch Archives will tell us their experiences over there?

Ah, OK. I did not check it out completely. Now, Jeff did say that there were changes to the site (including no mention of him anymore) due to obeying certain laws as well as Jeff having a second, more visible job.
But Felix is still in business--I know a TS girl who is leaving to see him tomorrow.
Love,
Kelly

Well, I hope so, but the FAQ page has also dissappeared. Jeff's web site CASTRATI PAST AND PRESENT is now down.

Update on 2 December 2001. Something new has been added to Dr. Spector's web site. In addition to Home Page, Castration Page, Registration page, and E-mail Page, there has been added an Academics Page, which will contain summeries of papers the Doctor will be writing to summerize his 40 years of practice. Now that should make interesting reading!
In the meantime, Jeff's website has been gutted. I especially miss his "Pros And Cons Of HRT" which should be required reading for every eunuch and eunuch candidate.
