I hear there is a new outsourced technical helpdesk here...

You know we don't have a lot of money to keep this site running in tip-top order.... so this seems to be the best way we can survive.

To sample the new online helpdesk operation, Click here: ===>> Helpdesk (http://movies.plsthx.com/animation/flas ... urcing.swf)

The link didn't work for me. Another possibility would be to put Helen Waite in charge. Then if you need help you can go to Helen (hell n) Waite. Of course we don't want that so forget about it.

I don't know what your problem is... maybe you need to contact the new Helpdesk to figure out why you think the link doesn't work...

That sounds like the ISP people saying, "Well, why didn't you email tech support if your Internet is acting up?"

Well, duhhh...

Yes, but you are, in a way, ABUSED...

I am glad that Mac said Helen Waite instead of Helen Hunt, otherwise some poor soul may have tried to e-mail the movie star...

Robby, the link worked great, funny stuff, would be even funnier if it was not true.

This all sounds very familiar. Could it be because my auto insurance company and my local electricity supplier have "outsourced" their phone operations? Getting action out of either one is now next to impossible. Although, I did once get a follow-up call at 6 AM. (and I enjoy meeting new people from distant lands) --FLO--
