androcur against hairloss

Hello
I am a transgender person which in my case means that my sex is male but my gender is somewhere in between male and female. Since my teenager years (I'm 23 now) I could not identify myself with the male role that I was supposed to live in.
Fortunately my outward appearance is rather that of a woman than of a man for some reason. This is really remarkable. Because of this, I was glad about my situation until 2 years ago the male pattern hairloss began. During the last 2 years I tried the regular treatments like propecia and regaine, but it didn' t work.
Honestly I cannot bear the hairloss any longer. The hairloss is killing me. My last hope is to use an antiandrogen in order to inhibit the influence of testosterone on the body. I recently ordered Androcur 50 which I consider to be effective.
And here, finally, is my question: Can anybody give me advice which dosage of Androcur is appropriate in order to stop hairloss and to regain the already lost hair?
Thank you so much
