Wow! There has been a lot of interest in Sander. I'm flattered. There has also been a number of questions about him and his friends and I'd like to answer some of them.
Q: If some of the boys on San Carlos Island are as young as 8 why did Sander's dad wait untill he was 11 to sell him?
A: A good question. I think that on some level Sander's dad does love him and didn't want to give him up, although it will only be for a few years at most. Sander's dad has thought of selling his son into slavery since Sander was about five but just couldn't bring himself to do it. But dad makes only about 50,000 credits a year and is just getting by. Being offered a million credits on signing a one year contract pluss a million credit trust fund and a college education for Sander is too good an offer to turn down.
Q: In part 3 Ben puts a green collar around Sander's neck marking him as a slave. But since Sander has not yet been trained to please a man he might be hurt or disapoint the client who tries to mount him. Shouldn't Ben have waited longer before putting a green collar on Sander?
A: Another very good question. Lets say that when Ben put the green collar on Sander Sander didn't notice that the collar had small gold strips on it. A green collar with small gold strips lets people know that the boy is a slave but still in training and not yet ready to take on a client. However a client might notice a very pretty slave trainee and ask how the boy's training is going and when he will be ready. The client might also ask if, how and when the boy will be cut.
Q: Are all they boys owned by Ben?
A: No. San Carlos Island is sort of like a cross between Disnyland and Club Med. Many different slave owners place boys their for the enjoyment of clients. Also once a week there is an auction where slave boys are placed on the auction block and sold to the highest bidder. A client might want a boy all his own to enjoy on or off the island. Some want a boy only to care for him as a son. Needless to say that the boy still becomes free when the experation date on his original contract is reached. So a boy as well the boy's parents know the exact date the boy will become free again. But what happens to a boy before he becomes free is anyone's guess.
Also it should be noted that all else being equal a boy with two years left on his contract will sell for much more than a boy with only a few weeks of slavery left. It only stands to reason.
Q: Did Chris parents know that Chris would be cut when they sold him?
A: No, but they knew it could happen. All the parents know that and so most don't want to ask or even think about it.
Q: After a eunuch becomes free how does he feel about being naked in a school shower room with boys?
A: After leaving slavery the newly freed eunuchs are all pretty rich so if they want they can go to private schools where all their classmates are former slaves just like them.
However there are a few former slaves that are proud of the work they once did. They feel that giving plesure to men is a wonderful thing. These eunuchs and nullos consider their empty crotchs as a badge of honor. However I think they are in the minority!
A final thought. A few writters have written me with suggestion. I'm flattered. If anyone wants to write stories that take place on San Carlos Island please do. I'd love to read them and I think that all if you understand how the place works well enought to add your own spin to it.
