This site has already been posted here and if you look at the 3rd slide you will notice the patient has a hide... the site is fake.

Dr. Beaver only had a vasectomy. He is using a goat to demonstrate the technique.

Looking at the hands, I say the surgeon is male and about 35 years old.

The site is very much real (how else can you see it), but its subject is information about no scalpel vasectomy. The author claims to be a doctor, but the site is pretty much a personal account with a bit of research. The castration slides appear to be for amusement only.

Thanks for the correction. I should have looked at the photos more closely...now I see the hide. Where can I find real photos on the web?
