I just tested it, on the enhanced mode, and nothing has changed as far as story submitting. You go to the main page, which is the HOME button/link from here, and click on SUBMIT A STORY, which is on the left side of the main EA page.

Kelly and I discussed whether she should post her real life experience as a 'story' or as an 'article'
If you want to post as an article you just need to submit (post) to the non-fiction message board here on the bulletin board system. That is a moderated forum so it won't show up right away; an administrator/moderator has to read and approve it. I have not completed the code that links that forum to the front page, but will do so probably tonight.
