I don't know the address as Leona Lee posted it a few months ago because I take pills (which I can get from http://www.globaldrug.tv ) for about what it costs locally with a doctor.

I've tried to do a few searches for this myself and came up empty handed. It was hard enough trying to find the lowest price with a prescription. I get a 5ml vial at 10mg/ml for $52 at www.drugstore.com (http://www.drugstore.com/) (prescription required). The service I get from there is excelent.

It is called Progynon Depot.

I obtain mine (Delestrogen brand) from my neighborhood pharmacy. But I buy my hydroxyprogesterone caproate (a.k.a. hydroxyprogesterone hexanoate, Proluton Depot brand) from HealthCarePharma.
