After chemical (or surgical) castration, will Viagra give an erection so I can provide occasional sex for my wife?

🚬 No, it won't. The only way to fight the testosterone loss brought about by either form of castration is with injectable testosterone. Viagra only works when you have the T.

How long does injectable T take to work?

It sounds like once you get to a certain level, there is no more possibility of erection even with chemical help?????

THanks for info.

Even with the "equipment" functioning, at times I have used a strap-on dildo instead of my own thing to satisfy a g/f's need. That one will be erect always when you need it. Seriously.

Hey Joel,Viagra worked for me but what about cialis?I think thats strongest for something you drop/swallow anyway.Surgically,I have no clue, seems pretty permanent though.

If you have all these sex issues, you best keep it chemical till your sure.Just a thought.

Hugs,Leona

Ok, so "Do it do, or do it don't" work?

I'm confused. Yes, it's easy to confuse me, but I'd really like to know. :D

Fairly fast.

Female to male transsexuals usually experience the changes of male puberty within about one to two months. I do not have data on eunuchs and the reversal of castration chemically.

As to your second question, please note that you can find studies out there that attempt to correlate testosterone levels with levels of sexual activity. In one of the few studies on the subject, there was no correlation between serum testosterone levels and sexual activity when serum testosterone levels are in the normal male range. If you are curious, it's on MedLine and I could look up the abstract and post it if you are really interested.

I believe you could still get an erection with viagra, It's going to take some work on your part though. The issue here is arousal. If you can get aroused enough, the viagra should work. An erection with cialis should be harder, since it's not as strong as viagra.

To the Mad scientist and to all of us. I am a eunuch and was castrated over a year ago. You say that you can not get an erection while castrated, no T and on viagra!

Well lets just say that everyone is different. Viagra works by opening blood vessels and enlarging your capalaries for more blood flow. It also my cause, and in some it does, a slight raising of blood pressure. Viagra can and will give you erections with no testosterone and no testicles. That is the fact. Viagras action, and indications will bear this out.

There are also a few other things that will accomplish the same thing. One is a urethral supository, that you inject into the urethra and you will get an erection. It opens up blood vessels and the pipes that fill the penis with blood. I knew a person who had no feeling from his waste down. He used Muse and could please his wife regularly

Last is an injection into the meetus with something called Caverject. It doesen't matter if your testicles have been removed or not. It also enables the blood flow to the spongey tissue to fill and you get an erection. the needle is very small and the injection does not hurt.

I WARN OTHERS!!!! PHARAMASISTS AND DOCTORS AS WELL AS THE MFG. SITES ON THE NET WILL ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS. Be careful out there, scottie
