I have a PDF document with illustrations apparently from 1886 lecture from a "doctor" at the New York Insane Asylum. It claims over 400 experiments with penectomy to cure masturbation, with the best results from removing the glans. They use a penis guillotine with "anesthetic is not required; the operation being done quickly".

Is there any way to upload this document to the EA?

Holy crap, I hope so. There's nothing I like better than old medical stuff. I could spend hours at our local hospital looking at a display of old medical tools, papers and quart jugs of Morphine Sulfate Toothache Drops.
