Hypertension and Libido

Last year, at the age of 57, I was diagnosed with hypertension. The smallest doses of Perendopril and Bendrofluazide were not effective and now I am on 8mg of the first, and 2.5mg of the second, daily.
However, I am now noticing that I no longer get erections at night, or spontaneously during the day. Masturbation is quite hard work, and takes a long time, and happens less often than before.
My serum testosterone early last year was 13.6, well within the normal range of 9.7 to 22.
Are the changes due to my age, medication or hypertension? My physician has prescribed Cialis, but I have not taken any of it yet. I have never smoked, seldom drink, but I have put on about 10 lbs since last year.
