Link may only be good today (16 July). For whatever reason, the text field cuts off urls. After the "indiatimes.com/, the url is,

articleshow/780593.cms

So, just type that in to see the article. Why does the text field mess up urls like that?

http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/imag ... fBUCHAREST: A Romanian surgeon has been suspended after allegedly cutting a patient's penis into several pieces.

He was operating on a man to lower a testicle into his scrotum when he accidentally cut the urinary channel.

It's reported the surgeon then lost his temper and cut the man's penis into several pieces.

The surgeon, Naum Ciomu, is a senior member of the hospital staff and a professor of anatomy. He has been suspended for six months and faces further investigations.

Another team of doctors operated on the 34-year-old patient to try to save his urinary function.

One surgeon, who was called back from holiday, told the Evenimentul Zilei newspaper: "I couldn't try to rebuild the man's penis because there had been more than 48 hours since the incident and it was too late.”

"Even if I had the parts of the organ we couldn't do it at that moment," the doctor said, adding he would try to reconstruct the patient's penis in a few months.

The patient is said to be in a stable condition in hospital.
