with all the terrorist talk, how about the following story idea:

Feminist terrorists attach a small bomb to a guy's genitals that will go off and blow off his nuts (won't kill him) if he doesn't do as they say. The feminists would then instruct/force the guy to perform castration "assasinations" where the poor protagonist has to castrate (not kill) prominent political figures and celebrities.

The feminists would be publicly demanding that a law be passed that all males be castrated shortly after puberty (after their sperm has been collected). The mysterious castrations of the politicians and celebrities would cause a huge amount of terror within the population.

There is a story in the Archive somewhere where the male is made to wear a special "RING".

When activated (by remote control?) the parts are amputated and the wound is cauterized. I don't remember where it was or how to find it, but I read it there.
