welcome to the eunuch archive, to answer your question The only Dr I know of is in Philly in the USA, Dr Kimmel. However there are some people in europe that may know that answer.

At least a couple of regulars on this board have gone to a clinic in Antwerp and had their testicles harvested. I'll look for the address if one of them doesn't post soon.

Amsterdam has (had ?) at least one clinic. I have have had long-term contact with 2 young men who both were able to go there for similar needs: One wants his testes removed, the other wanted it all removed. In both cases, no pre-screening psych evaluation was required. The Dutch do seem to be the most open-minded of the European countries in this matter. (One was 15; parental consent was required and provided; the other was 16, no parental consent required. Both knew long-beforehand exactly what they wanted, and each felt it was the correct choice that each made.)
