Three months ago, Todd Bertrang and his slavegirl, Robyn, were arrested in an F.B.I. sting operation. It seems male and female FBI agents went to his house in Santa Clarita, California, posing as a married couple who wanted their two teenage daughters circumcized.

According to the FBI indictment, Todd agreed to do the procedure and was arrested several months later. I sincerely doubt that Todd would agree to circumcise two underage girls. I know Todd. He's my friend and I have been to his house several times and never saw or heard of any illegal activity in- volving him.

Todd and Robyn were both charged with Conspiracy to committ sexual assault.

It has been three months now since their arrest and both Todd and Robyn are still behind bars. They were both denied bail because Todd was seen as a flight risk. No trial date has been set yet. It seems they have been warehoused and forgotten about.

If Todd had been wealthy and or famous he would be free now like Michael Jackson, who has been accused of, in my opinion, of a more serious crime.

Many of the people who come to Archive chat want to be circumcized and they should be aware that the FBI has an interest in this practice.

Unhappily,it is not unusual to take a year or more for a complex felony case to go to trial. This is demoralizing to the defendants and their friends. They can always hope that serious mistakes were made in the investigation and in drawing up the charges. The eratic enforcement of this sort of law is not the most important reason for our reccomendation to seek medical professionals; the safety of us all is the most important. FLO

I hate to sound paranoid but some weird things happened to my computer after I made that first post.

I finally left a cookie message and it stopped.

I am not so sure that Todd is not where he belongs. He was warned and warned and warned. He did not listen.

On the other hand, I am not so sure that Robin belongs in jail. She could probably use some de-briefing in a nice mental health facility. I see her as more of a victim than anything.

I almost cried when I saw those pics on yahoo of her being tied down and having her clit cut off by Todd. She has a nice, tight, killer of a bod and I think it was terrible to cut her like that. If you want the site, let me know. I am not sure if it is still up, but that is probably where the sting was made, not here. Still, this site should not tolerate this type of thing on either sex and this chat room is going to get everyone into hot water here if they are not careful.

Why do you think that the damned thing keeps breaking down? I think that it is having a lot of help in its malfunctioning. If you all want to talk, maybe you ought to figure out a better way.

I know, with Robin it was all consentual, but what choice was she given? (Why tie her down?)

Anyway, this is a terrible thing to inflict on somebody if you have to brainwash them and then tie them down to get them to accept it. And putting the cut off parts in her mouth and snapping a picture is a little over the top, don't you think?

Once those parts are cut off they will never grow back.

So mackie, just remember, Todd was arrested for this before and then let off. Sooner of later it was bound to happen again. He had his chance, just like Michael Jackson. You are right, though, the rich and famous have a different sort of justice than do the common folk. But don't laugh just yet about them becoming cell mates.

All I can say is that if you are a transexual wanting a sex change, that is one thing, but to tie a girl down and cut her just because you can is something else entirely, especially if it is a minor, as Todd was allegedly contracted to do.

This FGM is a political situation now, and America has enough trouble with Iraq and all, without this flaring up and becoming a national headline thing. Read some information at these sites and you will see what I mean. Todd could not have picked a worse thing to do or a worse time to get himself into this situation.

I have known Todd for several years, this comes as no suprize and the fact that there is no bail does not suprize me either. Todd has thumbed his nose at the law for years, in piercing minors and playing doctor. He once told me he would do a castration for $1000, I asked him how many he had done, he said none. I do believe Robin is the victom here and shold be released with charges dropped. Todd on the other hand has been crossing the edge of what is leagle and exceptial even in the piercing community.

Mac, I know you are his friend and have been to his place, but Todd pushes some laws and ignores others as it suits him. I think we all know that by talking with him and looking at his site.

From the description I have read here I think these pics are on BME. After seeing them I quit subscribing to the site. I don't have issues with BME mind you but there are just some things I don't ever want to see.
