The series is interesting, may I suggest,

A) Some background. Society would have to be very different for nullification of juveniles to be accepted. Might I suggest simply saying its the future, make your vans electric, ect. If it's understood that nullification is revesible with full restoration of function and sensation, then society might not be concerned with people delaying puberty in some boys.

B) Either let Josh off the hook (after being taught his lesson) or state that he can have genitals later, bigger with better function.

C) Have a coda were Kelly, Craig, and Josh, meet again twenty years later. Let Josh have either kept his genitals or gotten some new ones, and let him have learned some respect. Either Craig or Kelly could still be a nullo and liking it. Perhaps one of the three could have been a woman long enough to have a child.

I'm really enjoying this story. How about making sure that Craig and Josh go to the country with Kelly but manipulate it so that Josh is cut first-let him learn to submit to a good screwing from younger Craig, and cuddle and rub with Kelly?

Whether Craig later joins the older two in a nullo state, or remains a lifelong master is up to you.

Maybe Craig can be tied down thinking he's be nullified and at the height of his terror just be tightly and painfully circumcised? That way he could remain intact but still know, every time he wanks or takes a leak, he'll be reminded of how close he came to losing everything, thus making the master still jittery and aware of how others have power over him at any moment.

I'm thrilled that so many people enjoy reading the SUMMER IN SANTA CRUZ stories. A number of people have e-mailed asking about the background of the series . There are questions about the Why, How and Where of Kelly's nullification. They also want to know what sort of life Kelly had before being fixed. I'll try to answer all those questions as best I can.

I really enjoyed the brilliant story, PEACE & QUITE by Paolo and wanted to read more about the story's young hero, Sam. I wanted to see Sam get out into the world and have some adventures on his own. However Paolo didn't want me to continue P & Q. Paolo suggested that I create a new series of my own and that became SUMMER IN SANTA CRUZ. I changed Sam's name to Kelly and Chad's name to Dominic and things took off. If you haven't read PEACE & QUITE you really should, it's great.

The Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk is a very nice, but some what old and seedy, amusement park. The roller coaster THE GIANT DIPPER first opened in 1924. The boy Vampire movie LOST BOYS was filmed at the Boardwalk as was the Dirty Harry movie SUDDEN IMPACT!

If you visit the Boardwalk you'll see lots of children and young people having a great time. However, as far back as I can remember, I always felt that the Boardwalk was a scary place. It's like something out of a Ray Bradbury story. A fun place for boys to play but there is a feeling that just below the surface there are dark undercurrents. If you have ever been there you know it's the perfect place for Kelly and his friends to have adventures.

Some have said, "But in real life boys are never nullified." That's true but I'm only telling stories. My idea is that the world Kelly lives in is very much like our own. The only difference is that castration of minors is just barely exceptable. It's something that is seldom done and never talked about in polite company.

Just a pesonal aside, here.📖

I think that NOT knowing why nullification is socially acceptable in the "SiSC world" adds to the story so far.🥴

The idea of a Skoptic-like community is the most likely answer, but it's also nice to wonder.🚬

Well, most everyone knows my bias as far as what kind of stories get submitted ;) but ... since Josh is SO insistant that he remain a boy and not a nullo, how about if Kelly OKs a penectomy only for him while insisting that he retain his testicles so he can still be 'male'?

Just my $0.02 👉

What is a "Skoptic-like community"? Does it refer to a story on the archive? If so, which one?

The Skoptzy were a sect of the Russian Orthodox Church that believed that all truly Christian males should remain virgins for life. The best way to ensure this was castration and most Skoptzy males were castrated. When adults joined, their children were ususally castrated as well. Sometimes as quite young children.

The Skoptzy were founded in Russia in the early 1700s and flourished until they were repressed in the 1880s. At the time that the repression began, they made up over 8% of the population of the administrative district containing St. Petersburg and were over 3% of the population of Moscow. Most were successful farmers in the rural areas or successful small businessmen in the cities. Many of the Skoptzy were sent to Siberia during the repression, but returned west after the Russian Revolution. Most converted from true belief in Christianity to true belief in the new faith of Communism. There are rumors that the third premier of the Soviet Union, Georgi Malenkov who followed after Stalin, was a converted Skopt who had been castrated as a small boy.

The faith also flourished in Romania until WWII and there are rumors that it still exists both there and in the Ukraine.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe that the Skoptzy's went beyond simple castration. I thought that they were full nullos.

Most Skoptzies stoped at castraition, complete nullification was concidered a higher state. Skoptzy women also nullified themselves.

Although many Skoptzies were castraited as children, it was common enough to wait until a man was married and had several children.

For a brief discussion on Skoptzy castration see my post #26 on the thread deballed (http://www.eunuch.org/vbulletin/showthr ... 158&page=2). There are a number of academic references cited in earlier posts on the same thread.
