Prostitution is legal in whole Europe. But in the netherlands or in belgium prostitution is not so hided as for example in germany. I was in a hotel in antwerp (belgium) and there were flyer at the recepetion with numbers of girls you can call. Each girl with detailed information what she will do or not do with you. I never saw such a flyer in a german hotel...

Such a hotel is quite interesting for hetero couples - nice leather toys in each chamber.
