The pic calls to mind the old ditty from World War II, which is sung to the tune of the Colonel Bogey March, and which begins, "Hitler has only got one ball."

Of course, it could also be a severe navel hernia.

The Colonel Bogey March was one of several songs brought up in a brief thread about a year and a half ago. There are some other good songs on the subject. The original thread was titled Songs about testicles (http://www.eunuch.org/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=1965).

Looks like contemporary art to me.

Allan--The pic does have somewhat the look of a surrealist painting. The image suggests the starkness, audacity, and incongruity of a Magritte--yet Magritte didn't normally didn't use this type of sexual imagery. Perhaps Dali or Delvaux might have.
