Well, I "tested" chat, and it refused to cooperate.

The image is a screenshot of where the client hung. That was the only hung app on the machine, everything else is still running fine. I'm about ti 'kill -9' that particular process to get rid of it.

Not sure what the problem is Tomas ... will take a look though. Others have been successful so I am guessing it's implimentaton of java in your browser?

I actually saw your nick appear ... did you EVER see anything from the chat?

I am not sure what you are referring to in the 2nd part of your post ... can you give me some more details?

Yes! The EA chatroom is standard IRC.

Server: darkstar1.tzo.com

Channel: Just log onto the server, you'll automatically join the main room. #Lobby

We've quit the chat, but I tried it, just to help out our friends.

Couldn't connect.

So, I deleted the "FUBG" that came up when I clicked the link and put my name in. Still "NULL"...sorry, I tried.

Nope, can't get in. I've tried on several occasions now with no luck. But, I recently became aware that I may have a problem with the JAVA client. If I am logged in with this chat, I only see a blank box with a small x at the top left of the window. I've found out that Windows XP doesn't not come with a JAVA client. Although I did go to Sun Microsystems web site : http://java.sun.com/ and downloaded the software, I still am having issues with JAVA. Not only am I having trouble with this chat, but with other sites that use Java also.
