Castrating Politicians

I have unique (eunuch) idea. Let's have a new law that says once a male has won public office such as state legislator, governor, senator, represenative or President, that he be forced to undergo castration. I advocate this for the following reasons.
1. If he turns out to be an asshole or really lousy political leader, he won't be creating more offspring who think like he does.
2. Since castration tends to reduce or eliminate sexual urges, female or male political aids will feel safe and there will be fewer scandals.
3. A castrated male is a calmer individual and tends to make more rational decisions.
4. If a man wants to ba our political leader he should be willing to give up something. If he gives up his balls, that's a good sacrifice to the people.
Well, it just an idea.
Postscript: We could let Antonia perform the castrations. She might enjoy that.
