Surgical gender nullification - Seeking Advice

Hey everyone,

I’m new to this message board. I’m looking for thoughts and suggestions as to how I can achieve full gender nullification (castration and penectomy), preferably in Canada but alternatively wherever this may be possible. I’m a 18 year old genetic male and have wished for this surgery since I was 15. I have the support of my friends and family but not as yet from my doctor(s). My reasoning for wanting this surgery is two-fold: I want to be rid of sexual desire, and I have never felt at home in a male body. I consider myself asexual and feel a deep need to have my body and hormones match my desired gender. I would prefer to achieve this surgery via an accepted medical practitioner, but really I am willing to consider any option, including whatever cutters I could access. I have just begun to seek psychiatric referrals, so it would take me some time to procure them. If ANY of you have any information, advice, suggestions, contacts, etc., that might help me achieve this life-long dream (I'd like to have it done before my 19th birthday in June, as the ultimate gift to myself), please reply to this post, on board or off. I've read over most of the advice on this board but I'm hoping for some more specific to my case. I’m sure you can all sympathize with how important a step this is to me, so I will sincerely cherish any help you can give.

Yours truly, and thanks in advance for your help,

Both Bellringer in England:

and Dr. Reed in Miami:

will perform sex reassignment surgery without vaginoplasty, if that is what is desired by the patient. You do need two letters from shrinks for either surgeon. They offer a clitoris. But I do not guess that you want one (?).

The Samui Clinic in Thailand will do nullification and do not require letters.

I had mine done in Thailand, but it was full SRS, meaning that I now have a vagina and a clitoris.

Hugs,

Kelly :)

I think sexual release is so important. I would think if you're 18, get a sex change and live as a non-sex person in the middle of man and woman. The lack of bulge and also testosterone may help. You would be able to have sex and could always one day become a full woman.

Anyhow I hope you get what you need and are happy.

:-)

Why don't you try chemical castraition? There are herbal products out there that work. No surgery, reversible, nothing to explain. As a bonus, if after a few years of being chemically castraited, you're still well adjusted and reasonably happy, your doctor will take your desire to be castraited/nullified more seriously. Afterall, doctors requier sexchange canidates to live as women and take hormone therapy for a couple of years before surgery, show a similar level of comitment and you'll be able to convince doctors and phychiatists that your sane and serious.

I was on herbs for years to shut down my balls. My hormone level was still in the normal range. The only thing got lowered was my savings account. I went the chemical way with androucur and my hormone levels are at castration levels. Really a great way to make sure castration is right for you.
