This one would have been easier if it had been:
Burdizzo Hotel room with a view.

Re: How Many Christmas Songs Can You Identity?
we had "dirty ditties" or beer songs in college:
to the tune of "march of the toy soldiers"
Do your balls hand low?
Do they swing to and fro?
Can you tie them in a knot? Can you tie them in a bow?
Do they make a rustic clammer when you hit them with a hammer?
Do you balls hang low?
The other pertinent was was Deck the Halls and I only remember one line
"Deck the halls with pledges balls, fa la la la, la la la la"
to the tune of "march of the toy soldiers"
