You have come to our rescue just in time. We, here in Minnesota, are short on cash and the current Governor refuses to raise taxes to cover the cost of services.

Last week, we experienced a horrible loss of human life (we don't know if the person is still alive), but our precious Governor said we need the 'death penalty' for sick individuals who do these types of crime.
