An old science class joke

Two atoms drift into a bar. Taking a seat, one looks at the other and says, "Oh dear, I've lost an electron." He looks around, but it is nowhere to be found.

"Are you sure, friend?" The other asks.

"Yes, I'm positive," the first atom replies.
