My response to HRT seems restricted and incomplete, but my libido improved. My ejaculate became white then later became clear. Improvement in libido may result from changes in my antidepressant medication. I am fairly happy with or without libido. When I lack it, I don't really miss libido. When I have it, I enjoy feeling desire.

I'm on HRT, receiving Testosterone shots every other week. The results of these shots has improved my mental health, contributes to my ability to ejaculate a milky white fluid (which by the way contains no sperm), and my continued interest in this web site and subject matter.

When you refer to HRT, what hormone(s) are you taking? You know, testosterone is going to restore a man's libido to some degree and activate, if you still have yours, the prostate.

What is your goal by participating in an HRT program?

When you refer to yourself as an "Recovering Eunuch", what are you trying to convey?

You say you want to make love again. Are you saying you want that passion in your life, and the ability to achieve an erection?

My physician gave me a series of shots of testosterone "to jump start" my body's production of testosterone. He did not make HRT on-going. Initially, the white color returned to my semen. When I say that I want to make love again, I mean that I want to share love in a relationship.

For most of a decade, I did not maturbate. I have not made love in over 12 years. I do date someone who lives in anothe state. We are not lovers because of mutual religious convictions.

My former marriage felt gratifying. Divorce also felt gratifying. Twenty-one years of marriage had its rewards. I understand better both the joys of being a eunuch and being sexually active than I could have in my youth.

Now, I am precisely at an age when having an urologist makes sense. I get examinations to monitor an anomaly in my prostate. So far, I am healthy.

Masturbating several times this past week after reading one of the stories on this site felt wonderful. Making love would be even better!

In my case, I am on estrogen HRT, to deal with hot flushing. I doubt if this does anything for my libido, which I do not miss. I had myself castrated precisely to eliminate my libido.

This does not mean that I am totally sexless. Every few months I wake up with an erection, and proceed to masturbate to orgasm. It is a slow process, and there is no ejaculate whatsoever. Nice, but not needed.

I recall not profoundly missing libido, though I missed and still miss the releationships that spring from libido. :-\ Now, I enjoy fantasy. I really enjoyed the surprise ejaculation I had last week.
