Church "by definition" is "The Whole Body of Christians". It is Christ centered. It can be made up of eunuchs but Christ must be the center for it to be a church.

church \cherch\ n [OE cirice, ultim. fr. LGk kyriakon, fr. Gk, neut. of kyriakos of the lord, fr. kyrios lord, master] 1 : a building esp. for Christian public worship 2 : the whole body of Christians 3 : denomination 4 : congregation 5 : public divine worship

Possibly by one definition, a "church" is Christian, but that is not always a truism.

Even the definition you quote says "especially" (as in "most often") rather than "exclusively" (always).
