My Sister Dona and Me

Is it just me or does this story sound an awful lot like "My Sister the Vet"? I just read through it and thought I had seen it somewhere before.
Now I have to say that "My Sister Dona and Me" was an expanded version of the short, short story "My Sister the Vet", but could the person doing so at least take the time to change the characters names and make sure to take out periods when they put in comma's, etc. and also acknowledge this is where they got the idea?
Fortunately for the person writing the expanded version, the original was posted anonymously. So we don't know if it is plagiarism or if it a person expanding on one of their old stories. I hope it is the latter.
