Cartoon software

If anybody has an interest in creating cartoons or modifying existing cartoons, the Cartoon Editor program, freeware which I downloaded from this site a few days ago, is kind of fun. It was originally written for Macintosh, but, of course the java version will work on windows or linux. The feature most people might use is the one which allows you to scan a cartoon, change minor features of it, or maybe just put in new text for a different perspective on the joke. I don't know where the copyright laws come down on that, but of course the original cartoonist should properly be credited.
