I am interested to have any recommended references members may have to the best available detailed technical descriptions of surgical castration procedures, potential complciations and their management, and after care. Textbook pages, journal articles, underground or informal sources all welcomed. ... I am an RN and epidemiologist. Thanks!

This looks like it is for nullification & not just simple orchiectomy.

I agree, and while helpful, am interested primarily in simple orchiectomy and orchiectomy with scrotum removal.

The best site I have found is BME /Extremen Nullo. This will take a subscription to get to the detailed stuff but there are some nice frame by frame pictures of surgical castrations. Happy Cutting Rushsite4
