Also this one says pesticides can reduce testosterone production..now I dont recommend drinking them but slight exposure may cause reductions....

Roberta Jane thanks for your posting and all the hyperlinks. I've yet to check them out but I noted your Soya milk comment and I have been aware too that it has some minor effectiveness. It's certainly an easy way to make some change but I must warn cow milk drinkers that buying

usual soya milk will be a shock as it is more bitter. However it is now available widely in a sweetened form that is much much more palatable and fine with coffee and bevarages and it isn't over sweet. In certain countries also Soya milk is going to be (and has been) a lot safer to drink than cow's milk.

There are lots of other vegan products to look out for which are good replacements for dairy products such as Carob chocolate - the mint

flavour is esp good! Try and ensure you buy GM free Soya products by the way.
