Another Bug in VB3?

In general, I think that VB3 is great. Bboy, Paolo and Talula you are doing great work.

In a recent poll, I had the banner note, "You may not vote on this poll".

Why?

I have since noticed that this message appears on all active polls, both voted and not-voted. The voted ones used to say that I had already voted. Also, even the non-voted polls now show me the poll results.

The problem was not really a bug, but related to me shuffling some of you around to various usergroups I created.

I neglected to check the "can create polls" and the "can vote in polls" check boxes for the highest level usergroup.
