reports about american scientists discovering an enzyme called arginase II preventing females from being sexual aroused. The original idea was to treat female sexual dysfunction by suppressing this enzyme.
But I think using this enzyme could be a way to discipline female slaves.

Females, in general, have so little problem with being over sexually aroused, why would anybody need anything to control their arousal? It is the male who frequently gets unwanted sexual urges and the female who says, "no! no! no!". The enzyne for controlling sexual arousal should be required for all males.
