Call me silly, but I can not find where I sumit my picture that only shows up on your prifile?

I have a signature and Avatar all working well, but I can't find the profile thing that people have talked about over the last few weeks.

I have looked in the user cp but must be over looking it some how.

Secondly what size should the picture be and I ashume that it should either be a "jpg" or "gif" file, please confirm.

The profile picture is under the avatar link in the user control pane.

I don't have the profile picture option showing either. I also do not have the option to upload a replacement avatar picture.

I sent the picture by e-mail to Bboy tonight.
