The Search for one2dizzo RE: survey publication

One2dizzo,
Remember the Eunuch Survey that closed last September? An EA member calling himself only one2dizzo did a wonderful job writing the html code that made the questionnaires so much more user friendly for myself and the participants alike.
Well, publication time is drawing near. We need to know under what name you wish to be recognized by in the credits of the article (it will probably be in a professional journal). Right now we know you only as One2dizzo.
Emails to your old email address were returned a undeliverable. Please contact me.
I had originally hoped that the study would come to press in January or February of this year, but these things sometimes work slowly. I think our survey will be a part of a somewhat broader study on the topic of eunuchs and castration.
Please let me know soon what name you wish to be recognized by (if you’re still out there, one2dizzo). And thanks again for writing the code that made this survey possible.
Regards,
Farrell Squire

PS: If anyone knows one2dizzo, please tell him to contact me about this.
